Yoga (Elementary I)

 NOTE: This session is now full. We hope to offer a second round in the Spring.

Beginning on October 17th, Elementary I students are invited to enjoy a six week, introductory yoga class. Each Thursday, from 3:00 – 4:15, students will be introduced to beginner level stretches, poses, and breathing exercises. No prior experience is needed. This class is free of charge, but limited in space. Please email Goose (goosek@hermosaschool.org) if your child would like to participate.
