Position Overview
We are looking for a Primary Guide who is committed to providing a high-quality Montessori education. The ideal candidate will be responsible, creative, and able to foster a warm, engaging, and respectful learning environment.
Qualifications & Expectations
- A sincere passion for working with children and families
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Willingness to uphold and implement Hermosa’s Montessori philosophy and program principles
- Prior Montessori experience or certification is preferred but not required
