Audition Guidelines
This year, all auditions will be accepted via video submissions. Submit your video by filling out this form.
Auditions are open to
- All Elementary Students
- All Middle School Students
- Family Collaboration Auditions*
- Alumni and Non-Hermosa Student Collaborations*
*must be accompanied by a currently enrolled Hermosa Student.
Audition results will be emailed individually by 4 P.M. on Friday, April 10.
Please keep in mind that we are only accepting a limited number of performances for the Talent Show. There will not be sufficient time to accept all auditions. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and we commend everyone for submitting their video audition.
Our show is designed to be a family show. Age appropriate language, dress, and content is essential.
Use this slogan as a guide: “If you have a doubt, then leave it out.” Any entertaining acts will be considered for audition. This includes instrumental music, vocals, dance, juggling, magic, etc.!
Individual performances are limited to 2 minutes; class or group acts (4 or more) are limited to 4 minutes.
Practice from now until auditions, and have fun! If the audition is not “stage worthy,” the act will not be accepted. We want all performers to present themselves in their best “light.”
All performances will be recorded during the show. Please do not perform if you do not wish to be recorded.
